Terri joined Aldridge and Southerland Realtors in 2002 after a career in mortgage banking and working with her husband, Tommy Williams, owner of Tommy Williams Builders, LLC for 15 years.   Among her professional designations, Terri holds the prestigious title of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).  

Terri is recognized as one of the top REALTORS in the Greenville area.  She is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Greenville-Pitt Association of REALTORS, North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.  Terri was chosen by the National Association of REALTORS as a 2006 Rising Star Award Winner.

Terri served a 3-year term as a local Director for the Greenville-Pitt Board of REALTORS.  She also served as Legislative/Political Liason and Chairwoman of the Community Development and Education Committees.
